Pan fried carrot

 


This dish is very simple but very delicate. You only need to cut carrots in half and toss them with some salt, black peppers and olive oil, let it rest for about 30 minutes and then pan fry them. When serving, sprinkle some cheese on top. 

The sweetness in carrots is enhanced thanks to this pan fry technique and thanks to the salt that was tossed with them. The color of carrots will also become deeper and richer orange. Meanwhile, some water in carrots will evaporate, leaving more concentrated flavors inside the carrots.
