Minced beef in fresh bell chillies


You'll require 4-5 fresh bell peppers and between 140g to 180g of ground beef.

Step 1: Halve the bell peppers lengthwise and discard the stems and seeds. Arrange them in a circular pattern on a plate.

Step 2: Combine the ground beef with grated garlic (1/2 tsp), sugar (1/2 tsp), soy sauce (1 tsp), sake (1 tsp), oyster sauce (1 tsp), and a pinch of chili pepper flakes.

Step 3: In a frying pan set over medium heat, warm 1 tsp of salad oil. Cook the beef until it's no longer pink.

Step 4: Evenly distribute the cooked beef over the bell peppers on the plate.

For a finishing touch, sprinkle some chilli threads on top.
