Sea bream fish sashimi salad
I don't think sea bream fish is as delicious as salmon or shrimp when it comes to sashimi (eating it raw). But if it is prepared as shown in the recipe below, it will scrawl to the top of all sashimi.
The important ingredient here is pickled veggies/ cucumber, which is called shibazuke in Japanese. You must have it to make this dish. The other things are cucumber and spring onion. Then the recipe goes as easy as follows (for 2 people):
Step 1: Chop 1 cucumber, 1 green spring onion, 2 tbsp of shibazuke, and 140g of sea bream fish sashimi into small pieces.
Step 2: Mix all ingredients with 2 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tsp of vinegar, and some black pepper. You can add about 2 tsp of sake if you like, but I think it is ok not to.
Dish out with mustard.
