Pomelo Asian salad

 I said Asian because there is fish sauce in this salad. This dish came to me on a day that I had some leftover pork belly and shrimp. I matched with pomelo and then voila! a salad to refresh the whole family! Among many dishes on the table, only salad can be quickly finished.
