Malabar spinach and shrimp soup
The combination of malabar spinach and shrimps has been a popular soup in Vietnam for so long. The key to succeed, however, is not very popular. It is just simple that you must marinate and stir fry the chopped shrimp first before pouring hot water in. Do not add too much oil or cook the malabar spinach too long. They will ruin the soup.
