Honey glazed chicken
The above pictures were taken on different days because I made this dish again and again. Notes to take away are: 1) use chicken wings and legs; 2) when you fry them first, make sure that you don't fry too long since the chicken may go as dry as bone; 3) when glazing with a mixture of honey, chili sauce, tomato sauce, and soy sauce, remember to wipe out oil in the pot. The frying oil can continue to dry your chicken even though your intention at this step is to cover the chicken with sauce.
