Korean cucumber salad

 

This dish is amazing. I follow the recipe here. If you like sour and spicy, add more vinegar and chili source (or chili power). Also, although thin cuts look nicer at the beginning when you drag cucumbers from both sides, you should make thick cuts because cucumbers can easily get soften and drained. In the end, thick cuts will keep the lines unbreakable.
