Butterfly pea tea with heavier mix below

 

Following an instruction in this link, I tried making this drink at office lunch break. First you stir coconut milk with condensed milk, then pour this mix to the bottom of the glass. Then you add some bubbles (the bubbles you often see in bubble tea) and ice cubes. Lastly, pour butterfly pea tea that was cooled down and add mints for garnish. 

I was not so proud of it since it looked definitely different from imagination LOL. The blue color should be separated from the white mixture down below since I believe it is lighter and can float up above. Perhaps I put ice cubes in the wrong way or I should add more ice.

Anyway, I cannot deny the wonderful taste of this drink. The coconut milk smells great and tastes great, well combined with the fat in condensed milk and balanced with tasteless butterfly pea tea on top. At the end, it is a good bubble tea for a hot day.
